Sharon Osbourne poured her heart out on her husband’s first death anniversary. The TV personality recalled the singer Ozzy Osbourne during an interview. She reflected on his legacy and the memories they shared.

Sharon Osbourne, who appeared on the BBC, spoke about her late husband and singer Ozzy Osbourne. While talking to BBC Radio WM, she appeared visibly emotional and wanted people to “remember how funny he was – funny and charismatic and real.”

She said, “As Ozzy would say, ‘when you want to remember me, just yank up the music really loud, as loud as you can get it, and just head bang’. He was authentic. He never tried to be anything other than what he was. He would tell you the truth about everything, and that was him; you knew where you were with him.”
“He was just genuine, so genuine and funny. I mean we could have the worst arguments in the world, but we would end up laughing because he would say something so ridiculous that we would just crack up,” she added.
Sharon Osbourne was in Birmingham, Ozzy’s hometown, as she prepared for the first Ozzy Day. Ozzy Day is a celebration of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne. He died last year on July 22, after a series of health issues, and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2019.
She further added, “We will continue that until we find a cure for Parkinson’s, because people don’t realise it’s more and more prevalent. He was just a real bloke, a really good bloke with a big heart and he wanted to give back.”
Sharon said that she hopes Ozzy Day will continue in the future as part of the singer’s legacy. While recalling her husband’s legacy, she appeared emotional. The couple shares three children, Aimee, Kelly, and Jack.
