“Adrenaline” immediately conquers the Dance Digital Song Sales chart as it opens at No. 1. The tally, published weekly by Billboard, ranks the bestselling tunes classified specifically as dance in terms of style – but only those that sell the most copies on platforms like iTunes. Ateez earns not only its first champion, but debut top 10 and career placement on the Dance Digital Song Sales roster this week.
Psy and Jungkook Were the First K-Pop Leaders
The first K-pop cut to lead the Dance Digital Song Sales chart was “Gangnam Style” by Psy, which helped usher in the K-pop wave that has been going on in the United States for more than 10 years now. It would be more than 12 years before Jung Kook, one of the seven members of BTS, managed the same feat when his tune “Please Don’t Change,” a collaboration with DJ Snake, reached the summit.
Four different tracks connected to K-pop musical acts hit No. 1 on the Dance Digital Song Sales chart in 2025, significantly increasing the number of leaders on the list from South Korean artists and those who perform at least partially in Korean. Two smashes from the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack – “How It’s Done” and “Takedown,” both credited to singers Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, as well as the fictionalized girl group Huntr/X – took turns running the show. Blackpink and Stray Kids both earned their first champions with “Jump” and “Ceremony,” respectively.
Ejae, Joshwa, Mau P and Angine de Poitrine
It is a busy week for new arrivals on the Dance Digital Song Sales roster, where half a dozen tracks debut on the list, which only features 15 spaces. Of course, “Adrenaline” is the biggest winner of the bunch, and it beats tracks by Joshwa, Mau P, KPop Demon Hunters star Ejae, as well as two from Angine de Poitrine.
Ateez Expands Its List of No. 1s on the World Digital Song Sales Chart
“Adrenaline” launches at No. 1 on two Billboard charts, but it only earns Ateez its first leader on the Dance Digital Song Sales roster. Over on the World Digital Song Sales tally, the K-pop group scores its fourth champion. Previously, the band has dominated with “Work,” “Lemon Drop,” and “In Your Fantasy.” The latter two titles opened at No. 1 last year. 2026 is now the third year in a row that Ateez has sent at least one smash to the top spot.
Ateez Adds Three New World Digital Song Sales Chart Hits

Looking at the band’s history on the World Digital Song Sales roster, Ateez has now scored 43 career smashes. 32 of those have appeared inside the top 10, and every time the outfit lands another hit on the tally, it becomes a top 10 success, as the roster only features 10 spaces these days.
Ateez ups its top 10 count by three songs this week, as “NASA” and “Ghost” launch at Nos. 7 and 10, joining “Adrenaline” on the World Digital Song Sales chart.
Ateez Lands Its First Top 10 on the Hot Dance/Pop Songs Chart
Ateez nabs its first top 10 hit on two dance rankings in America this frame. “Adrenaline” kicks off its time on the Hot Dance/Pop Songs tally at No. 10.

Just seven tracks connected to K-pop artists have landed in the uppermost tier. Several of those, such as “How It’s Done,” “Takedown,” “Jump,” and “Ceremony,” also led the Dance Digital Song Sales chart, while Blackpink stars Lisa and Jennie have also found space between Nos. 1 and 10 on their own.
